Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging, differentiated lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning styles and needs of all students.
Create an inclusive classroom environment that fosters respect, curiosity, and a passion for learning.
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the broader school community to enhance student learning experiences and outcomes.
Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously refine teaching practices and integrate innovative educational strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred.
Valid teaching certification for the District of Columbia in the relevant subject area(s).
Demonstrated ability to inspire, engage, and nurture diverse student populations.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
