About

The Allicock Group (TAG) is a workforce solutions firm that partners with organizations to design, deploy, and sustain high-performing workforce systems across regulated and operational environments.
For the last decade I have led complex, high-risk HR and workforce programmes across health, financial services, technology and large corporate environments. My work sits at the point where strategy, operations, technology and people collide. That is where most HR transformations fail and where I specialise.
Our work extends beyond traditional staffing. We integrate workforce deployment, infrastructure development, and training to help organizations build stable, compliant, and scalable operations. From education and healthcare to public sector agencies and event-based environments, we support clients in navigating complex workforce demands with clarity and precision.
At TAG, we recognize that workforce challenges are often tied to systems, compliance requirements, and operational pressures. Our approach focuses on aligning talent, processes, and performance to create sustainable workforce solutions that support long-term success.

APPROACH

Our approach goes beyond placement. We design and implement the operational frameworks that support onboarding, compliance, coordination, and long-term workforce stability—ensuring organizations are equipped to perform, not just staffed.
By integrating deployment with infrastructure and ongoing support, we deliver consistency, accountability, and measurable impact across diverse environments.

LEADERSHIP
TAG is led by experienced professionals with deep expertise in workforce systems, education, and organizational leadership, bringing both strategic insight and operational execution to every partnership.
At the helm is Dr. Lesley-Ann Bovell, an organizational leader, speech-language pathologist, and higher education professional with extensive experience designing workforce systems, leading academic programs, and supporting institutions in navigating complex compliance and operational challenges. As CEO of The Allicock Group, she has built a firm that bridges the gap between talent deployment and systems-driven infrastructure—ensuring organizations are not only staffed, but positioned for long-term stability and performance.
