Job Summary:
The Occupational Therapist at The Allicock Group plays a crucial role in enhancing individuals' quality of life through personalized therapy interventions. This role involves assessing clients' functional abilities, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic activities to promote independence and well-being.

Requirements

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized treatment plans aligned with clients' goals and capabilities.

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services, including therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and assistive device training.

  • Monitor clients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation of interventions and outcomes.

  • Stay updated on advancements in occupational therapy practices and integrate evidence-based approaches into treatments.

  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.



Qualifications:


  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.

  • State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

  • Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting.
